tools : food processor / blender, spatula karet, ballon whisk, measuring jug, measuring spoon, container untuk penyimpanan

Inggridient/Bahan - Bahan

  • Basil, French 500 gr
  • Garlic 150 gr
  • Cashewnut - kacang mede 150 gr
  • Permesan cheese 30 gr
  • Chili flakes 2 tsp/sdt
  • Salt/ garam 30 gr
  • Salad oil 2 liter
  • Extra virgin olive oil 500 ml
Method cooking
  • Siapkan blender 
  • Campurkan perlahan lahan, Basil, Kacang Mede ( yang sudah di sangrai atau di oven ) dan Garlic. tambah kan salad oil, blender hingga halus
  • Lakukan hingga basil dan bahan yang lain semuanya di blender
  • Siapkan wadah untuk penyimpanan
  • simpan di dalam chiller atau pendingin lain nya
