Inggridient :
  • 1 kg Daging/ayam giling
  •  250 gr bawang Bombay (chopped)
  • 250 gr wortel (chopped)
  •  5 gr dry oregano
  •  5 gr dry basil
  •  5 gr dry tyme
  •  4 pcs dry bay leave
  •  200 gr tomato paste
  •  250 ml tomato sauce
  • 60 gr demi glaze powder
  • 5 gr black papper
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 15 gr salt
  • 150 ml minyak
  • 500 ml air

Method :
  •  Panaskan minyak, masukan bawang Bombay dan wortel. Masak hingga wangi
  •  Masukan daging/ayam giling. Aduk hingga daging mulai kecoklatan. Tambahkan tomato paste. Aduk hingga merata dan tercampur
  •  Lalu tambahkan tomato sauce, aduk lagi hingga merata dan tercampur semua.
  •  Masak hingga 3-5 menit, lalu masukan demi glaze yang sudah di campur air tadi
  •  Masak hingga sauce mengeluarkan minyak
  • Masukan seasoning lainnya
  •  Aduk hingga sauce matang, jika sudah matang. Angkat dan dingin kan
