CARA MEMBUAT CESSAR DRESSING


RECIPE CESSAR DRESSING
Yield : 2,5 ltr/2,2 kg

INGGRIDIENT :
  1.  3 kg Mayonnaise
  2. 75 gr Garlic (chop)
  3. 75 gr Anchovie fillet (chop)
  4. 15 gr/1 sdm Parmesan cheese
  5. 10 gr/tsp Black paper
  6. 15 gr parsley (chop)
  7. 30 gr/2 sdm Dijon mustard
  8. 30 ml/2 sdm lemon juices
  9. 10 gr salt

METHOD :
  1. Siapkan semua bahan yang di perlukan
  2. Masukan mayonnaise ke dalam mixim bowl. Tambahkan garlic yang sudah di chop atau di cincang halus tadi
  3. Tambahkan anchovies dan parsley yang sudang di cincang halus tadi
  4. Masyukan semua bahan sisa yang ada
  5. Aduk dressing hingga semua tercampur rata. Tambahkan seasoning jika di perlukan
