RECIPE PANCAKE

Ingredient :
  1. 200 gr medium flour
  2. 30 gr skim milk powder
  3. 3 pcs eggs
  4. 50 gr melted butter
  5. 1 tbsp sugar
  6. 1 tbsp salt
  7. 5 gr baking powder
  8. 200 ml water
  9. Vanilla essence

Method of cooking :
  1. Sift the flour, baking powde, and skim milk powder together, place in the bowl
  2. Add the water slowly and mix at slow speed to avold lumps
  3. Add the sugar, salt and blend in, add the eggs and flavoring in a steady stream and blend. Add the butter last.
  4. Allow the batter to rest for 1 to 1 ½  hour. This will relax the gluten structure of the batter and allow smooth depositing without any stringiness. It also makes the batter thicken slightly.
