RECIPE BLACK PEPPER SAUCE
Yield 1,5 kg
Ingredient :
  1. 200 gr tomato paste
  2. 0,5 btl kecap inggris asia
  3. 100 gr gula pasir
  4. 2 tbsp mushroom soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp kecap ikan
  6. 1 ltr tomato ketchup
  7. 150 ml qyster sauce
  8. 60 gr crushed black pepper
  9. 1 pcs bawang Bombay (chopped)
  10. 6 pcs bawang putih (chopped)
  11. 4 pcs cabe besar merah (slice)
  12. 4 pcs cabe besar hijau (slice)
  13. 30 gr jahe (chopped)
  14. 45 ml minyak untuk menumis (3 tbsp)
  15. 60 ml minyak wijen (4 tbsp)


Method of cooking :
  1. Tumis bawang putih, jahe dan bawang Bombay hingga wangi
  2. Masukan potongan cabe
  3. Tambahkan tomato paste, lalu tumis sebentar. Tambahkan tomato sauce
  4. Masukan kecap inggris asia, mushroom soy sauce dan kecap ikan serta gula pasir. Aduk sebentar
  5. Berikan seasoning. Black pepper sauce siap di gunakan
