Bahan:

1.      500 gram daging ikan tenggiri halus1

2.      3 butir bawang merah

3.      1/2 sdt garam

4.      1/2 sdt penyedap

5.      sejumput lada bubuk

6.      sejumput gula

7.      5 sdm tepung tapioca

8.      Daun pisang

Cara membuat:

  1. Ulen daging ikan yg sudah dihaluskan, tambahkan bawang merah yg sudah diiris halus.
  2. Masukkan garam, penyedap, gula,lada, sambil diulen, lalu masukkan santan perlahan lahan secara bertahap.
  3. Setelah santan sudah masuk semua, masukkan tepung tapioka secara bertahap juga.
  4. Lalu adonan siap dimasukkan ke dalam daun pisang.
  5. Panggang, hingga otak-otak hingga matang, kurang lebih selama 10 menit.
