Ingredient :

  1. 1 pcs tomato 
  2. 3 gr basil leaves
  3. 1 pcs fresh mozzarella cheese
  4. 10 ml olive oil
  5. 10 ml balsamic vinegar
  6. salt and pepper
Method :
  1. Slice the tomato in approximately 1/4 inch thick slice. do the same for the mozzarella
  2. Alternate layers between the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. first, a tomato slice, then mozzarella slice, then a couple leave of basil. beginning and ending with tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
