Name : Greek Salad

Yield : 10 Portions

Ingredient :

  1. 2 pcs tomatoes
  2. 1 pcs cucumber
  3. 1 pcs bell pepper
  4. 1/2 pcs red onion
  5. 3 pcs olive oil
  6. 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
  7. 10 ml red wine vinegar
  8. 5 gr fetta cheese
  9. oregano
Method : 
  1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges or large chunk ( 1 slice some and cut the rest in wedges )
  2. Cut the partially peeled cucumber into half length-wise, then slice into thick halves ( at least 1/2 in thicknees )
  3. Thinly slice the bell pepper into rings
  4. Cut the red onion in half and thinly slice into half moons
  5. Place everything in a large salad dish. add a good handful of the fitted kalamata olive
  6. Season very lightly with salt (just a pinch). pour the olive oil and red wine vinegar
  7. Give everything a very gentle toss to mix. do not over mix, this salad is not meant to be handled to much
  8. Now add the fetta blocks on top. sprinkle the dry oregano.
