  2. 500 ml water
  3. 1 pcs egg
  4. 90 ml olive oil
  5. 20 gr instant yeast
  6. 15 gr salt
Method :
  1. Put all ingredient in mixing bowl
  2. Mixing for 10 minutes, until dough is elastic
  3. Portions the dough into 150 g each
  4. Let it rest under a wet cloth approx 15 - 16 minutes
  5. Roll dough and ready for baking
