Ingredient :

  1. 6 pcs red apple
  2. 6 pcs green apple
  3. 30 gr celery stalk
  4. 60 ml lemon juice
  5. 300 gr myonaise
  6. 100 ml heavy cream
  7. 90 gr chopped walnuts
  8. 60 gr raisins
  9. 1/2 pcs romaine lettuce

Method :

  1. For the dressing mix the mayonaise with salt, pepper and lemon juice and cream
  2. Cut the red and green apple small even unit dice
  3. Mix with lemon juice and mayonaise to avoid the discoloration
