Ingredient :

  1. 2,5 ltr Chicken Stock
  2. 250 gr Sweet Corn
  3. 150 gr Crab Meat
  4. 3 pcs Egg White
  5. 80 gr Corn Flour
  6. 30 gr Spring Onion
  7. 10 ml Soy Sauce
  8. 5 ml Sesame Oil
  9. 5 ml Chinese Wine
  10. 5 gr Salt and Pepper
Method Of Cooking :
  1. Bring the stock is boil with the crab meat, and sweet corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, chinese wine, salt and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix the corn flour with water and add to the soup.
  4. Allow to simmer for a further 2 minutes.
  5. Add the egg gradually, stirring gently until it form threads in the soup.
  6. Check the seasoning for the taste.
