Ingredient :

  1. 50 pcs  Lasagna Shell
  2. 1 kg Bolognaise Meat
  3. 1 ltr Bechamel Sauce
  4. 1 ltr Tomato Concasse
  5. 400 gr Permesan Cheese
  6. 300 ml Tomato Sauce
  7. 20 gr Chopped Parsley
Method Of Cooking :
  1. Put some tomato sauce in the baking pan, layered with lasagna shell.
  2. Layered with bolognaise meat, than layered again with lasagna shell.
  3. Add tomato concasse, layered again with lasagna shell.
  4. Last cover with bechamel sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with permesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven 220 C until golden brown color.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
